Wasn't it Harrod's old claim that you could buy *anything* there? I have some hazy memory of them selling someone an Elephant once. So I'd say- try Harrods.

I was about to post exactly that same hazy memory! It's the kind of thing that impresses one much as a child. I remember thinking that it probably wasn't the most economical way to buy one, but yes, Harrods.
