Actor Macaulay Culkin arrested for drug possession in Oklahoma
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Former child star Macaulay Culkin was arrested on drug charges Friday, authorities said.
The 24-year-old actor, best known for his role in the movie, Home Alone, was taken into custody on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a valid prescription and possession of marijuana, the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s office said.
Culkin was jailed Friday on $4,000 bail. A jailer declined to release details of Culkin’s arrest and it was not clear whether he had a lawyer.
It also was not clear why Culkin was in Oklahoma City or whether he was travelling alone.
