nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:17 (twenty-one years ago)

I didn't know the Quintessons built Cybertron!

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:19 (twenty-one years ago)

Dude! I saw this episode the other week! I have 3 seasons of Transformers DVDs to watch now! That fuxor Megatron made the Construticons go bad and they totally wrecked Omega's beloved city, and he swore revenge on them forevermore.

But, wow a full history, this is great!!

jel -- (jel), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:21 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, the Quintessons are the main bad guys in season 3. Actually season 4 is only 3 episodes to introduce the Headmasters, coz the US stopped making Transformers after that, but it continued in Japan for ages after that. I hope they release the Japanese stuff with sub-titles soon.

Oh yeah, I hear the new movie is being made by Pixar or Pixar's rival, one or the other.

jel -- (jel), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:23 (twenty-one years ago)

As long as they get Christopher Walken to voice Megatron it's cool.

TOMBOT, Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:26 (twenty-one years ago)

For some reason I misread this title as Omega Supreme and The Constructicons used to be female!!!! and had a vision of some Transformer version of the Supremes.

That is all.

Dale the Panopticalist (cprek), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:28 (twenty-one years ago)

I just hope it's not an Energon movie, I want generation 1!!

jel -- (jel), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:29 (twenty-one years ago)

ha ha I just printed this out for my roommate, it's like 70+ pages

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:33 (twenty-one years ago)

Wait, is "Skyfire" supposed to be "Jetfire?"

TOMBOT, Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:39 (twenty-one years ago)

firewall bs , i cant get to the page... :(

kephm, Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:43 (twenty-one years ago)

I always loved Jetfire. He's like the missing link between transformers and Robotech.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:44 (twenty-one years ago)

I mean, not technically, just aesthetically.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:46 (twenty-one years ago)

This is probably a dumb question, but is Omega Supreme Optimus Prime's father or something?

Huk-L, Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:47 (twenty-one years ago)

Dude, EVERYTHING is answered by clicking on that link.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:48 (twenty-one years ago)

OMFG, it is.

Huk-L, Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:50 (twenty-one years ago)

OMG Jetfire SDF-3 transdimensional rubicon protoculture invid newtype headmaster AT-AT R2-D2 IT ALL TIES TOGETHER

Or at least it did when I was eight, I wish I remembered how it went. As I recall a great deal of major events revolved around the desolate tan surface of the planet Den Sofa.

TOMBOT, Tuesday, 21 September 2004 18:59 (twenty-one years ago)

God, I'm so old.

TOMBOT, Tuesday, 21 September 2004 19:00 (twenty-one years ago)

Dude, you are five years younger than me, GET OVER IT!

(aka STOP MAKING ME FEEL OLD YOU JAMMY BASTARD)

Dan Perry '08 (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 19:02 (twenty-one years ago)

ha ha "jammy bastard"

YOU STINK OF JAM

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 19:03 (twenty-one years ago)

This is all reminding me of one night my friend Will and I stayed up until 4 in the morning battling Jetfire against one of the two-legged AT-ATs as piloted by Stormshadow. We got all giggly and my mom kept coming in and yelling oscenity-laden "GO TO SLEEP" reminders every half hour or so.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 19:13 (twenty-one years ago)

The most kickass part of that showdown was that it was staged in a miniature Lego city, so they were like GODZILLA sized to their surroundings.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 19:21 (twenty-one years ago)

I miss childhood.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 19:21 (twenty-one years ago)

I was really down last month and my honey got me the AT-AT Lego set.
I win everything.

TOMBOT, Tuesday, 21 September 2004 19:30 (twenty-one years ago)

I read way too much of this. I think it should be turned into an audiobook read by Sam Elliot.

TOMBOT, Tuesday, 21 September 2004 20:34 (twenty-one years ago)

U R all old.

Allyzay Science Explosion (allyzay), Tuesday, 21 September 2004 23:21 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm having elementary school flashbacks. Big time.

manthony m1cc1o (Anthony Miccio), Wednesday, 22 September 2004 00:10 (twenty-one years ago)

this is a breathtaking weaving together of all the conflicting bits of history diff formats made up! i only read so far, but i enjoyed the metallikato mention, bludgeon ws rubbish tho. also the dinobots were made at the time of the ark's crash and then buried in a swamp til found later, duh.

candour floss (mwah), Wednesday, 22 September 2004 00:10 (twenty-one years ago)

the omega supreme/constructicons stuff is tripe, however

candour floss (mwah), Wednesday, 22 September 2004 00:11 (twenty-one years ago)

In less then a month it will be the 20th anniversary of when I got Cliffjumper.

*cries*

manthony m1cc1o (Anthony Miccio), Wednesday, 22 September 2004 00:12 (twenty-one years ago)

and jetfire WAS a robotech toy masquerading as a transformer, thats why he sucked! plus he didnt have that face

candour floss (mwah), Wednesday, 22 September 2004 00:13 (twenty-one years ago)

so we just watched the transformers movie this weekend, the one with unicron and galvatron and all... it was really hard to follow, but quite wonderful. i never watched it as a child, as we had no television; my honey's been explaining it all, or what she recalls. "oh yeah, those are the dinobots; i'm not sure where they came from. yeah, grimlock."

he-man too. "see, teela is man-at-arms' daughter." etc. etc.

derrick (derrick), Wednesday, 22 September 2004 05:00 (twenty-one years ago)

teh pow! (blueski), Wednesday, 22 September 2004 08:52 (twenty-one years ago)

My roommate bought the season 2 DVDs yesterday! There is one episode called "The Secret of Omega Supreme" which is about how him & the Constructicons were friends! I love the way Omega Supreme talks.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Thursday, 23 September 2004 13:23 (twenty-one years ago)

Tonight I'm going to watch the two part thing where they find the female Autobots and then Alpha Trion sacrifices his Spark to Vector Sigma.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Thursday, 23 September 2004 13:24 (twenty-one years ago)

I love you all. (All I ever knew about Transformers were the toy ads.)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Thursday, 23 September 2004 13:26 (twenty-one years ago)

ya, i had no idea the transformers "story" had that much thought put into it.
nor have i ever recognized anything after the transformers movie.

dysøn (dyson), Thursday, 23 September 2004 13:46 (twenty-one years ago)

Yay! Cool nickalicious! With TF DVD's you never have to leave the house again. Watch the one about Beachcomber's secret cove - The Golden Lagoon. There is an episode called "Trans- Europe Express" I hope Kraftwerk are in it...maybe Optimus and the guys will go to Germany and they'll help them foil Megatron's Moog Power Syphon!

Cliff Jumper was my first TF too!

jel -- (jel), Thursday, 23 September 2004 15:35 (twenty-one years ago)

I watched the Golden Lagoon last night too! The part where the Autobots are waiting for Megatron & posse at the lagoon and then Omega Supreme stands up out of it = TEH HARDCORE!

Those DVD packages have SO MANY EPISODES though.
