ctrl+c+printscreen then paste into an app like photoshop would be an easy if clumsy way.

Tools:Options:Performance:Advanced:Unclick "use overlays"

Instead of using Windows Media Player, download Media Player Classic

Which is a much better, smaller, and fully featured media player that among other things allows you to print from any frame at any time.
