5. How do you feel about it a) when you're wearing it, or b) when you think about how little you wear it?

Yes.

Sadly, yes.

As infrequently as possible -- usually dour affairs like funerals and job interviews.

An insufferably preppy joint in mid-town called J.Press.

5. How do you feel about it a) when you're wearing it, or b) when you think about how little you wear it?

I feel that I need a new one. A better fitting one. A less formal/square/dark/heavy one.

I do own one full suit, it is my only full suit, and I wish I could wear it all the time, but that would be both ridiculous and a helluva dry cleaning bill. When I wear it, I feel like the best-looking guy ever. WHen I think about how little I wear it, I wish I owned more suits. And it has two buttons. And yes, that was a part of my choosing the suit.
