if you had to combine two cheese, like grated or something, to be monterey jack, what would you choose? i have made my decision already, but will withhold it from the thread until such time as er such and such

tetilla + feta.. i haven't tested it yet. i thought the tetilla would have that little tang but the bit i got doesn't.. when u grate it it looks exactly like MJ though. anyway, the feta's going mack it JACK

That is odd and sad. Monterey jack and pepper jack are great. Are you sure it just doesn't have a different name? Like "fag lorry cheese" or something?
