I am not a foolish girl but.......I live in a big city and am an English teacher. I am meeting a guy regarding some English lessons for his business tomorrow and he wants to meet me outside a metro station in his car simply because the company is difficult to get to on foot.....i have only ever spoken to him over the phone and don´t yet know the company.I have been deliberating with my flat mates and they say....don´t be so ridiculous but I think...why not.....it´s probably fine. Better safe than sorry or be a big girl??

Meet at whatever cafe is closest to the metro station. Meeting him in his car is NOT a good idea. If you absolutely must do it, make sure he knows that you've told numerous people about the meeting.

If he's a business owner, it shouldn't be too hard to get a little background to make sure he's on the level. If you're not satisfied, take a cab.
