there's Jeb and Dubya, but is there another Bush brother too simple even to become governor of a backward southern state? I feel that the US president is suffering from the lack of an embarrassing brother, like Billy Carter, Roger Clinton (or whatever his name was), and Sachieveral Bush Sr..

Neil was implicated in a savings-and-loan scandal in the mid-1980s, and was recently divorced after admitting to having sex with Thai hookers on business trips to Southeast Asia.
