everytime i copy something to my clipboard, when i paste it comes out like this:

WTF IS GOING ON? i'm admittedly very naive at computer shit, can someone help me?

it's still doing it! it seems i can copy and paste in the page i'm on, but otherwise it won't fucking let me!

i've even reset my computer several times now. somebody please help me.
