Caffeine is a diaretic, it can make you more thirsty and more quickly dehydrated. After years of drinking strong black Dutch coffee I stopped all caffeinated drinks for a couple of weeks. Once the headaches wore off I felt much better for it, especially when exercising.

Funny thing, though, is that beer makes my teeth feel cleaner. (Sapporo Draft One, 131 yen a can, is my usual beer these days.) Anyone else notice that with beer? Canned beer also floats in a tub of water, with the diet sodas.

I never drink diet coke anymore. I think I had my fair share of aspertame intake. I decided to quit eating/drinking anything with aspertame. I know it's s'posed to be okay, but I don't wanna risk it...

Coke Zero Sugar, the new taste (rolling out worldwide right now, USA in August), sucks. It tastes like a can that has been left open for two days.
I'm officially over my previous go to soft drink and looking for something else.

They changed the name from Zero to Zero Sugar in the U.S. in 2017.
