Me neither. It should be... mind-numbing.

I'll bet you June Sarpong is very excited.

they should have Blair co-host Popworld with Miquita

Stevem On X (blueski), Monday, 24 January 2005 16:46 (twenty-one years ago)

Now that would be worth watching.

Simon Amstell can then steer Labour to another landslide victory as the only person not voting for him would be Alba - even Gordon Brown would fall under his sniffy imp-like poshboy spell.

June Sarpong is utterly, depressingly talentless.

Markelby (Mark C), Monday, 24 January 2005 17:08 (twenty-one years ago)

I can hardly contain myself.

Oh, I can, quite easily.

According to something I read over the weekend, June Sarpong's ex is government minister David Lammy; so it wouldn't be very surprising if they've already met once or twice.

Viz's description of June Sarpong: "Metal scraping against metal"

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 24 January 2005 22:49 (twenty-one years ago)

June Sarpong? Is she a recovering stroke victim or is she just pissed on gin?

The trailer for this programme looked worryingly chummy - Blair getting onto a plane with June. The studio audience might be a bit more aggressive.

Apparently the kids in the studio audience give him a pretty good pasting.

june Sarpong was a long time bed-fellow of David Lamy MP, the Observer's pick for first Black British Prime Minister, MP for Tottenham.

june is one of the most disturbingly harmless presenters ever to grace british tv. im sure one day, her real personality will come out and she wont seem like such a complete b/p-lank but until then......

ppp, Monday, 24 January 2005 23:28 (twenty-one years ago)

Vernon and June "interviewing" Robbie Williams on T4 is possibly the most disgusting display of showbiz presenter sycophancy on British TV. Ever. They licked his arse so smooth it shone. Made Parky seem like Paxman.

If my bosses at C4 Ideas Factory are reading this, I'm only joking, June is great!

C4 has an "ideas factory"?

.ada.m. (nordicskilla), Monday, 24 January 2005 23:38 (twenty-one years ago)

Yes indeed. It's an initiative to get people into the "creative industries" and I do articles for the Scottish website. Some of the most enjoyable and interesting work I've done. Pay's not bad for the web either.
