The great "AFTER CURRY MINT" from West End Tandoori (?) was my fave nummy mint when I found one shoved in my bag whilst being OFF SICK yesterday because it was IN FACT! milky chocolate! Numnum. Airwaves are some type o' kick, even if they DO make me think of Airwalk trainers. There's this great Canadian super strong gum that Holly sent me but I can't remember what it's called, curses.

M&S blackcurrant gum is nice. Oh MINTS? After Eights.

After Eights, though....CLASSIC! Speshly as you can remove them from the box and leave the wrappers behind without the people coming after you knowing, heh, heh, heh.

Does anyone remember the ads in magazines for After Eights with spoof OED defintions for doing the above, removing two After Eights from the box at once etc etc?

I really miss Pacers. Minty, but chewy as a Chewit. In attractive green and white striped wrappers, like miniature Celtic players.

Did you know that the resemblance to Celtic players was the very reason Pacers were withdrawn due to their use in sectarian violence in Northern Ireland. The Mars company (which made these minty versions of Opal Fruits) felt they had to distance themselves from their use as commonly thrown weapons of choice of Catholic Schoolkids at the RUC - and once an unexploded INLF bomb actually had its wires secured by some half masticated Pacers.
