For me it's got to be a Cadburys of some description. I devoured a Roses egg last night.

I sent an email to them begging for them to manufacture a Creme Egg Easter Egg filled with fondant. I was bitterly disappointed as a child to discover that they were hollow like any other Easter Egg.

They told me it was unfeasible, would be too costly to make and they would not be able to sell any. I doubt it.

Do Maltesers Eggs have honeycomb bits through them?

I'm on my own here I feel. Okay then, I must mention After Eight Mini Eggs. Sublime darling, expensive but worth it.

Does anyone have anything to add??

easter egg tastes so good because it is curvy and not of consistent thickness.

(also I remember reading that most easter eggs are made by sub-contractors, not the name company - so mars easter eggs don't use mars chocolate, etc. exception to this is cadbury, because their taste is so specific.)

I think I got an egg. I'm not sure what type though.

I'm tempted to say "Go fuck a Cadbury!" to the next guy that pisses me off. I don't know why, it just seems silly.

REVIVE

I found out from a friend back in Australia that Red Tulip have CHANGED their recipe for the big 'elegant rabbit' egg and Humpty Dumpty!
How dare they etc.

Humpty Dumpty was always my go-to
elegant rabbit a close second

Here in the states i'm now kind of addicted to the Cadbury mini-eggs, and I'm always happy to see the creme eggs pop up. though I can only ever eat one of those.

and I like the easter-colored m&ms
