Can someone's stomach be these two things at the same time?

Nowell (Nowell), Wednesday, 30 March 2005 23:54 (twenty-one years ago)

You return with the inevitability of an unloved season.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Wednesday, 30 March 2005 23:57 (twenty-one years ago)

WTF does that even mean?

Allyzay Subservient 50s-Type (allyzay), Wednesday, 30 March 2005 23:58 (twenty-one years ago)

What?

luna (luna.c), Wednesday, 30 March 2005 23:58 (twenty-one years ago)

It was something I read in some book, a description of a girl's stomach. I'm trying to figure out what it would look like.

Nowell (Nowell), Wednesday, 30 March 2005 23:59 (twenty-one years ago)

I mean, imagine what it looks like.

I'll bet it's Hustler

Curt1s St3ph3ns, Thursday, 31 March 2005 00:08 (twenty-one years ago)

It's not! Why would you think that?

The writer didn't make the girl's stomach seem ugly. Oh, this is dumb. But I asked a dumb question.

Well... depending upon the type of book it is could make a huge difference. Like if the chick with the deep and round belly was a gremlin, or a panda bear would really change my opinion, or if she was deep and round because she hadn't eaten for a long time and her belly were empty and grumbly, or if she were really a he, and then in which case the deep and round belly might really be a comment about her voice which could be totally manly and stuff

< / grade nine me >

Remy Ulysses Q. Fitzgerald (x Jeremy), Thursday, 31 March 2005 00:13 (twenty-one years ago)

She was definitely a human. And the author was having relations with her.

Nowell (Nowell), Thursday, 31 March 2005 00:15 (twenty-one years ago)

Curious George Finds the Ether Bottle (Rock Hardy), Thursday, 31 March 2005 18:56 (twenty-one years ago)

Nowell, are you still on that Beat literature kick? Was it Burroughs or Kerouac or somebody?

That's funny, I'm reading a collection of Burroughs' letters right now. "I kicked/I'm hooked again," repeat ad infinitum. (xpost)

WTF?

Curious George Finds the Ether Bottle (Rock Hardy), Thursday, 31 March 2005 19:03 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm still reading books like that.....I just read Burroughs 'Queer', and I really liked it, but I haven't tried to read it again. I need to start reading books over.

Nowell (Nowell), Thursday, 31 March 2005 20:36 (twenty-one years ago)
