they seem to be filming a 'finding the body' scene for the popular serial killer series 'messiah'.
it's quite exciting.

He should take a better hand in the recruitment of the staff at that police station though. That's two out of four killers he's got that have worked with him. Total pish, and three hours of my life I'll never get back.

saturday night, about 2am.
at n_rq towers, which backs on to a nature trail that used to be a railway line, a bloodcurdling (male) scream is heard. now, we've been in london for a year, so have leanred to ignore that sort of thing. but we heard more of it and decided to call the cops, just to let them know like. we had been weatching 'manhunter'.
so they said they'd sent a car.
meantime, srabbling aound outside was a TORCH. with, presumably, someone holding it. this is seconds from where the corpses were found in 'messiah'. and THEN, a car turns up on the path (a virtually unprecedented event), right under our bedroom window. the driver leaves on the headlights, gets out, and starts beating around in the dirt with a stick. after a few minutes, off he fucks. w, and indeed, tf.
eventually we figure the copx0rz have arrived, so we go outside to tell them about the car. there are loads of them, dogs are on the way, and they say that since they arrived THEY heard horrible, bloodcurdling, etc, FEMALE screams.
b-ut, they seemed to find nothing and went home after a bit.

― Just got offed, Saturday, 31 May 2008 20:25 (eighteen years ago)
I don't know:/ Not This is Hardcore
― Hello Everyone!, Saturday, 31 May 2008 20:29 (eighteen years ago)
The song he is playing now sounds like a cross between the verse of Do You Remember the First Time and the 'You're shit and you know you are' song
― Hello Everyone!, Saturday, 31 May 2008 20:49 (eighteen years ago)
So by "late-period Pulp" you actually mean "period of Pulp when people actually knew them"...
― Just got offed, Saturday, 31 May 2008 20:55 (eighteen years ago)
Oh no!
I mean he was playing songs that were like later period Pulp!
and then a little bit later he played a song that was from a period when people actually knew them and that it also sounded a bit like the you're shit and you know you are song
In a little while I expect the irish jig to reappear but I have headphones on now so I might have missed it!
