Anything in there is going to come out. This is just one of those delightful facts that people who've seen death know and must assimilate.

Therefore, the "half-tank" you speak of will not accompany you to the grave. Also, all the blood in your body will gravitate to the lowest places of your corpse, depending on how you are flopped, since your heart no longer beats and it doesn't circulate dynamically anymore. This is ordinary physics, folks. It still applies when you croak, same as ever.
