Can you smell what hell is cooking?

Mix up some really confused political animation(apparently they don't know how to embed a flash-anim, so it's streaming video) along with someone copping a 7-year-old wrestling catchphrase, and i give you the latest bit of fun associated with Fred Phelps, et al.

To read Fred Phelps' original rant, check here:

www.godhatesfags.com/main/dayofterror.html

Includes such lines as:

O wicked land of sodomites
Your World Trade Center's gone
With crashing planes and burning flames
To hell your souls have flown

America, America
God's wrath was shown to thee!
He smote this land
With his own hand
And showed his sovereignty

the imagery of the thing is so fucked up (they attack GWB, the Pope, Rosie Odonnell, Michael Moore, etc) that you can't really tell if this is parody or not.

the Whois lookup gives this info, tho:

So I guess this is all is what happens when you get really conservative fuckheads attempting to do their own version of a hacky JibJab thing.

Uh, dude? This is satire, straight-up.

I'm not sure fundies would be down with GoDaddy.com what with all the harlots in their advertisements flaunting their heaving bosoms and their sinful whatnot.

I'm even less sure that fundies would be down with all the male nudity and dirty jokes in that clip. But that does make the whole thing kinda confusing. It doesn't seem to be satirizing anything in particular, it's just a bit vile all around. And not funny, that's the real crime.

yeah, i thought the oddest part was how scattered it was

Word. I think it was going for some sort of South Park everything-is-fair-game sorta thing but failed miserably on the way.
