We're moving to Brighton in a few weeks, to a flat that is already got yer kitchen applicances. My gf has a fridge and washing machine, just one year old. Now, the easiest way to do this is to hope that the people replacing her in the flat where she is now want them, but assuming they don't, how's best?

Local newspaper ad?
ebay?
Local white good merchant?

The yellow papers are the way forward. Used to be called Diamond FreeAds (now AdTrader I think) and you can sell stuff for free whilst only geting local people. Get one copy from the local newsagents, (60p if memory serves) and check out how much fridges are going for at the mo.

Try http://www.adtrader.co.uk/ and an advert in supermarket/newsagent too.
