The Magic Kitchen Cupboard

The rules of this thread are simple. You have a cupboard which contains food: it is a magic cupboard and can change its size or refrigerate things at will, but it can only ever hold ten ingredients. Every poster can take one - but only one - ingredient out of the cupboard to be replaced with one they could live without even less. You should be able to make a meal with the ingredients, in fact feel free to recommend one.

Here are the ten things it starts with (drawn at semi-random from my own current cupboard and fridge)

Salt
Pepper
New Potatoes
Red Leicester Cheese
Milk
Garlic
Chopped Tomatoes
Cumin
Asparagus
Carrots

(Inspiration taken from the old ILM swapping bands in and out thread.)

Personally i would salt the pig and let it sit for an hour. Then I would smother it in Pickapeppa sauce and chili powder. I would stuff carrots and garlic and tomatoes up its nether-areas. I would roast it until it was done, grind a little pepper on it, and follow it up with some cheese. I guess the milk is for the coffee later?

Duh what am I thinking, the milk is to stir in the the DRIPPINGS to make a nice GRAVEE.

I wonder who will be the first to ditch the suckling pig.
