This sounds like an unbeatable deal for someone who wants to get away for a while to a quiet place way the hell out in the country. It's within manageable driving distances from Boston (4 hrs) & Montreal (2 hrs).

as i said back then, i have such fond childhood memories of Lake Parker ;_; it really isn't that big of a lake, but mighty beautiful.
