saw this rumored this weekend and was really dubious of it. I wonder what it is. Could it be what was supposed to be Wisteria?

The feature could either be a standalone movie that the “Mulholland Drive” helmer shot under the radar or an extended pilot of his upcoming series “Wisteria” which is rumored to star Lynch regulars including Laura Dern and Naomi Watts.

Or an NFT.

Anyway variety obv a credible enough source I just can’t get hype until an official announcement, not after the wisteria/unrecorded night/Netflix whatever fizzled out

The whole quote is funny:

My guess is someone took over the role of director for Wisteria (or whatever it's called) and that's why he said he's not involved. Maybe his daughter?

That's explains why he still said that something new is coming.
