I just swallowed a thesaurus, what should I do?

OK so I went to the library today and got out some books and now I'm at home, I guess I was just feeling a little verbose but I just swallowed a thesaurus. I just want someone to talk to. I don't want to call my friends or a helpline as they wouldn't understand... what should I do?
