Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 18:51 (twenty-one years ago)

wait until next week to see if the ufos appear over vegas?

basil, Saturday, 28 May 2005 18:57 (twenty-one years ago)

No, they show up. Let me guess... you are viewing on a Windows Media Alternative?

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 18:58 (twenty-one years ago)

not sure. i saw them show up, the little orange ones, at least. they go over to the air force base, and then come back. but didn't the prophet say everyone next week would see them over vegas? or is that on there too and i missed that?

basil, Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:01 (twenty-one years ago)

For Mac people who can't view the whole thing, if you play it on MPlayer or VLC, you can at least hear the audio track which is complete for some reason and you can hear the news guy all shocked that there are bright UFOs in the sky.

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:01 (twenty-one years ago)

OH! Sorry! I thought you had the same problem I did on the Mac. Right as the guy was raising his arms to pray the damn video got cut off so I had to view it on a PC.

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:03 (twenty-one years ago)

But, doesn't this reak of a low-budget news gimmick special effects team?

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:04 (twenty-one years ago)

Sure. But fuck. Why would a real network news show air it? Was it an April Fools thing or something? Or are these the heralds of the chariots of the gods?

basil, Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:06 (twenty-one years ago)

Um, I don't know what that last question means, but I know it wasn't an April Fools thing.

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:18 (twenty-one years ago)

.. it was just a paranormal thing for ratings, I mean. I wasn't sure if you meant the news people were the heralds or the prophet guy. Then I realized there's only one prophet guy.

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:20 (twenty-one years ago)

I mean the heralds are the little orange balls in the sky. This is a very strange thing to be discussing, and it reminds me of that one 70s book, The Chariots of the Gods, by that von Danikaan (sp?) dude

basil, Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:29 (twenty-one years ago)

WHOAH! HOLY SHIT!

Check this one out!

http://www.putfile.com/media.php?n=ufo1

that site has a search function, so search "UFO".

But first dig that video! Holy shit that's cool!

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:30 (twenty-one years ago)

oh this is no surprise. everyone knows that ufos are ultraterrestrial beings who need our belief in them to give them form and substance to enter our reality, and that mentally ill are especially equipped for this because of their innate acceptance of the inexplicable facts we filter out.

i mean, its like common knowledge. primary school stuff.

latebloomer: B Minus Time Traveler (latebloomer), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:34 (twenty-one years ago)

(actually though in this case "i can summon ufos with my mind" probably equals "i will stand around until the next baloon or plane pops up")

latebloomer: B Minus Time Traveler (latebloomer), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:35 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, of course, but on the NEWS?!

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:36 (twenty-one years ago)

(which did those look like to you-- ballon or plane?)

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:37 (twenty-one years ago)

Those looked fake to me.

xpost to the latebloomer: He summons them with Hebrew scripture, though, I thought. I any case, I hope they're not coming to hurt us, but rather to save us from ourselves.

exactly! ;-)

latebloomer: B Minus Time Traveler (latebloomer), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:49 (twenty-one years ago)

Fake but cool! (The crop circle one, I mean). Also, if you did the search, toward the bottom is one listed as "from a military came" (supposed to be 'from a military camera,' I'm sure) that's really cool for the dialogue. It's pretty long, too.

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Saturday, 28 May 2005 19:57 (twenty-one years ago)

So... any idea who faked what?

And, latebloomer, you never answered. Do those look more like baloons or planes to you?

from which video? the one with the crop circle? i thought that was a hoax.

"i am doing this to prove i am not crazy, like the people who seek to kill say i am"

latebloomer: B Minus Time Traveler (latebloomer), Sunday, 29 May 2005 17:32 (twenty-one years ago)

No! The Yahweh dude! If the news team says they picked the time, date and location, I guess that means the news team faked it, not the Yahweh dude, right? But what were they? Balloons or planes?

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Sunday, 29 May 2005 19:50 (twenty-one years ago)

Speaking of Yahweh and UFOs...
This painting's title is "Baptism of Jesus":

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Sunday, 29 May 2005 20:04 (twenty-one years ago)

"The Baptism of Jesus" s painted by Aert De Gelder in about 1710 AD.

balloon, maybe? i dunno. didnt look like anything unexplainable. maybe he did actually summon ufos from the ether or something.

latebloomer: B Minus Time Traveler (latebloomer), Sunday, 29 May 2005 20:13 (twenty-one years ago)

It didn't look like a balloon to me. It looks like something that could be "explained" but not convincingly unless someone knew the real facts behind the scene, but balloons is a poor explanation in my opinion.

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Sunday, 29 May 2005 20:28 (twenty-one years ago)

yeah, thats the problem. there's no info outside of the news story to go on.

latebloomer: B Minus Time Traveler (latebloomer), Sunday, 29 May 2005 20:41 (twenty-one years ago)

I think the news team set that shit up with the airforce base.

Unfortunate Prankster (Unfortunate Prankster), Sunday, 29 May 2005 20:42 (twenty-one years ago)

DO NOT DOUBT PROPHET YAHWEH.

eleven months pass...
Man breaks into Army and NASA computers for a couple of years, says he found actual real picture of UFO on there (but didn't save it, LOL), now faces 60 years in jail.
