Which is the better insult?

Penishole. It's more infantile sounding which makes you sound as silly as the person you're insulting....and I'm all for that.

Asshole is better all round general usage. Penishole can diffuse the situtation or make it more tense. Remember that, and good luck when you call some douche on the street penishole motherfucker.
