Senator Frothy Fecal Mixture on the Daily Show

wtf - does the Daily Show manage to swing these kinds of guests because Stewart consistently softballs their interviews...? I can't think of any other explanation. This time around at least Stewart seemed to push him a bit - he definitely got some pre-interview digs in and then when Frothy Fecal Matter came out he seemed to be trying very earnestly to push him on his homophobia... I was a bit surprised at how well Frothy Fecal Matter acquitted himself, but I got kinda tired of all the historical revisionism and "idealism" (hint: there have been many societies, contrary to Frothy Fecal Matter's repeated claims, that are fully functional and not based exclusively around one man/one woman/children family unit. The Greeks, the Romans, many varieties of polygamy, etc.)
