OLATHE, Kansas (AP) -- A high school student convicted of battery for vomiting on his Spanish teacher has been ordered to spend the next four months cleaning up after people who throw up in police cars.

Battery = touching anyone in any way you're not supposed to! I mean, theoretically you could get convicted of battery for like gently poking someone's shoulder, assuming you could find a context to do it in that'd be sufficiently unreasonable and criminal.
