But Grandma & Grandad do things differently. And they insiste we have Cocoa before we go to be, which is alsoway too hot to drink and has a scary skin. And things smell : and Grandad is so fussy about people playing Monopoly PROPERLY.

They're having a great time! Tall ships, Madagascar movie, and so on.

No this was never dud for us as kids. We'd go to stay with my grandparents in London & we always had the best time. We would paint pictures, do some gardening, play rounders (or whatever) on the green infront of the house, go for long walks & always have the yummiest food. It was the best.

My niece and I once tried to escape. My niece was alright. She managed to climb out the window, stand on the shutter (of the ground floor) and jump on the ground. Me? I hung out the window, looked down and screamed until my grandfather appeared to drag me back in. Uh I didn't like my grandparents much. Still don't. IT WAS DEAD BORING IN SUBURBIA.

The only thing dud about this is when they come back and expect you to spoil them like granny and grandpa did.
