The most extreme cheese I've ever eaten was that stuff that Ed brought back from Spain! I could not even finish it. It took Joe nearly a month. Several of our friends tried, and reported experiencing burning sensations in their mouths and nostrils.

My old butcher sold cheese too. Only one kind though. I think it came from the same farm he bought the eggs from.
