Or "no problem is too small to run away from".

I find it really stressful to "ignore" real problems.

DUD, for all sorts of big and little things.

Excellent advice for small problems, which probably aren't even problems. Maybe not so great for big problems, but even with those, waiting can help. My sister gets frustrated when my parents ignore health problems, but I empathize with their point of view (as I understand it).

If it didn't actually work sometimes, I'd be absolutely against it.

I'm ignoring 'heart strain' right now.

Youn is right: it's the best way to deal with problems that don't exist. But it's still hard.

If it didn't actually work sometimes, I'd be absolutely against it.

For example, my backyard needed to be mowed and I didn't want to do it. The grass got longer.

Then it got really hot this month and all the grass died. I ignored the problem (too tall grass) AND IT WENT AWAY.

Trayce (trayce), Sunday, 21 August 2005 23:53 (twenty years ago)

(not that I have a tax problem but you know).

Trayce (trayce), Sunday, 21 August 2005 23:54 (twenty years ago)

Because of Dubya, it's a dud.

i don't think ignoring my beer gut is going to help it go away
