The Man With Two Job Offers

I've been offered two great jobs and have decided to take Job A.

Just in case I decide that I've made the wrong choice after the first week, I'd really like to keep the channels of communication open with Job B without them realising that I've chosen another position.

Has anyone got any advice as to what I should say to Job B without burning my bridges?
