So who saw A History of Violence?

I saw it last night... I thought it was excellent. Sure, as the title suggests it was very violent, but in a stylized Peckinpaw fashion... more shocking than exciting.

The audience (at the Metreon) had a hard time, though... lots of awkward snickering at the wrong moments. You went to see a fucking Cronenberg film, for goddsakes, this ain't Jackie Chan... shut up with the comments.

Viggo was excellent, Ed Harris was good too.

I thought it was fantastic. There was some discussion on the Cronenberg thread.
