How is that a trademark infringment? The letter is different. Why can't Science or Psychology sue them for using those names.

"Scientist" is a very common word. "-ology" is a very common word ending. How can they get away with that?

In Latin "scientia" means knowledge and "-logy" means study. Why is that not a word meaning study of knowledge?

Even if the Scientologists don't have a leg to stand on legally, they could keep the ScienTOMogy people in court for years, appealling decisions, etc. They have the money to spend.
