Guantanamo Bay in Cuba --> what happens if Wilma smacks it? Do you evacuate a prison?

Watching the CNN coverage of Cuba gearing up for Wilma's potential smackdown, I wondered if Guantanamo Bay was in Wilma's trajectory, and if so -- how do they handle it?

Just looked at an atlas -- I don't think Guantanamo Bay is in Wilma's path, actually.

Well that's a relief.

Maybe we could just release them directly into Cuba. An Islamic revolution would ensue, and America would could go in and kill two birds.
