This sitcom on FX has just gotten renewed for a 13 episode second season (Starved got the ax) and that makes me happy! has anyone seen this show at all?

personally, i think there's a fine line between being funny assholes and being annoying unfunny assholes, but all the characters on this show fall firmly on the funny side - however, i suspect lots of you would feel differently. granted, i like shows where every single character is an indefensible douchebag. one problem is that it does try a little too hard to be edgy, but y'know what? it's funny anyways.

Definitely good news. The best show of the last season I thought.

always sunny seemed to be going for the sienfeld/larry david selfishppl getting shit that gooes around comes around vibe?

it couldn't last out a full-size season instead of a short run, i think, coz it ran through the big "outRAGEous" themes pretty quick -- nazis, guns, cancer, race.

don't forget underage drinking, child molestation, and abortion!

i'm positive these fine upstanding young writers will not cease to find a wealth of fun topics with which to utilze their skills and entertain us

This show is not very good at all! You'd all be better off watching Peep Show, if you can find it.

it would be kind of fabulous if the writers pulled their stories from daily news headlines. id love to see them work a rick mariano fake suicide story in there!

I saw two or three episodes of this and felt guilty, like I was somehow responsible for it, because I went to college with quite a few people exactly like the characters on this show. Especially the annoying little guy, I kept thinking.. don't I know you from somewhere?

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is the actual name of the show? Seems a bit unwieldy.
