Oh, do help me with a film!

I should of course, post this on ILF; however, I think it pales in attention with that of which I'd like to give this film. I remember having it described to me as a collection of old, deteriorated black and white clips, all put to a vaguely ominous soundtrack. While I'm not entirely sure of the soundtrack part, I'm completely certain of the format and remember one clip in particular; a group of one or two men, desert travellers I think, leading some camels across the screen. Well, I'd really like to find this for tonight; can anyone help me?
