I am repeatedly being prompted to install the new Silverlight plug-in, despite having downloaded & run the install twice now.

yeah yeah. fuck that shit tho. luckily since we got a playstation and a new tv i don't stream to my computer that much, but falling asleep to the x-files had become a habit.

Just tried to add Louie to my Q and they only have season 2 available? That can't be right, right?

Third season just started airing, right? They won't have it streaming until after it comes out on DVD (that's the way it is with Netflix on almost all current series).

S1 and 2 are both there for me.

Do any of you guys use Classic Flix? I feel like Netflix has a pretty limited selection of older films and wonder if this is better.

• i can order nexflix streaming service to my regular old personal-computer, right? (no need for special devices to project netflix onto my tv or buy a tablet)

• is there a searchable database with all the titles available on netflix streaming service? (i can't access it on the netflix site, even though there's a click-through button for it, all of which is a little maddening)

thank you. it's bizarre to me that they won't let you easily browse their catalog without being a member first. hard to convince people it's a worthwhile service unless you let them get a sense of what they'll get if they join.
