Tins last for a long time, as do pickles and preserves.

What else?

When I moved into my house, I discovered a WWII ration pack hidden in the loft. It contained things like tins of spam (eurgh), biscuits, and a tube which looked like toothpaste but in fact contained condensed milk. We nibbled these comestibles out of curiosity, and although they tasted foul nobody died so I guess 60 year old groceries are fine.

Honey - I've heard claims that it can last thousands of years and still be edible.

i dimly remember a news story from about ten (? maybe a bit longer) years ago when they found a can of food that was 100 years old and they thought the stuff in it would be ok but no one would volunteer to taste it. i think i wanted to go and do it.
