Yeah and I got an answer that may or may not be a polite rejection. So, at this point I will wait to see if she calls me back after her mother leaves or not. However, this Saturday I have a date for sushi with this one girl. I can't tell if she wants dick or just a shoulder to cry on or something gay like that though. I'll keep you updated.

The Aja & Dante thing was so sweet, except when everyone suspected they weren't real people.

I never really understood what happened with Burmakitty... She posted some semi-naked pic of herself, people made fun/complained about it, and she got mad? Or was there something more to it? I didn't pay that much attention to the whole debacle.

I vaguely recall it was one of those things where a poster thinks that if they act like a total arsehole, then people tell them they are a total arsehole, that proves how clever they are (see also Calum). I'm not convinced they are quite dumb enough to really believe this 'logic' themselves, but they claim to. I suspect it is desperation combined with fear of learning how dumb they are.

I realize that calling them "trolls" wasn't really an accurate description. Well, for Calum it was. What I really meant was something along the lines of "unique characters," whether intentional (Calum) or unintentional (BurmaKitty, Aja, Dante).

You know, most posters on ILX now seem to be pretty normal people. For the most part. The people on those threads seem like cartoon character versions of real people. That's what I really meant, even though I didn't say it at all.

While BurmaKitty wasnt a troll in the sense most people here seem to (mis)use it, she was trolling in that thread, she effectively said so herself at the time (haha, you all fell for it, held up a mirror bla bla you all suck get one life).

AFAIK she was a genuine poster aside from that, Aja is her daughter and Roman is her father - there was a post in Aja/Dante where he said somethin abt legal action wasnt there? Due to her being very under age and the dangerous ground Dante was treading on making it all a bit porny?
