in middle school/early high school i apparently looked a lot like Fred Savage in "The Wonder Years" because my first day of high school (before I even entered the school), someone yelled "Hey Kevin, where's Winnie?" The nickname stuck for years.

I think it just scanned me and said "JEW"

Abbadavid Berman (Hurting), Friday, 13 January 2006 06:08 (twenty years ago)

I question this program's accuracy. A photo of Yanni yielded "Henry James"

Just Jon Voight, apparently.

Cathy (Cathy), Friday, 13 January 2006 11:54 (twenty years ago)

Alda's best when he's playing bad guys.

Ed (dali), Friday, 13 January 2006 16:34 (twenty years ago)

lauren, yeah im not sure what this program compares on. maybe its face shape or something. i figured i got jolie not because we look anything alike but because we both have big fat lips. Ive used to get compared to sandra bullock a whole lot when i was a bruntette in my early 20s. So that wasnt really a suprise.

my husband says i look like scarlett johansson and gwyneth paltrow - the latter is meant as an insult. i dont think either are true but if he wants to think that i sure dont mind.

the closest i think anyone has got was a kroger employee telling i look like kimberly mathers (enimem's trashy ex-wife). now that i can see.

sunny successor (katharine), Friday, 13 January 2006 16:44 (twenty years ago)

Apparently I look like a bunch of people I've never heard of before, and some people I have (some of whom are insane IMO):

Ayumi Hamasaki (90%), Keira Knightley (86%), Neve Campbell (78%?!), Oprah Winfrey (76%?!), Kana (75%), Misha Omar (75%), AnnaSophia Robb (75%?!), Kyoko Fukada (75%), J.K. Rowling (74%?!), and Yamashita Tomohisa (74%). Do they, like, have a thousand Japanese celebrities in their database whom they toss out at you the first chance they get? And NEVE CAMPBELL?? OPRAH WINFREY?? J.K. ROWLING?? Those are the "Is the software on crack?" selections.

Phoenix Dancing (krushsister), Friday, 18 August 2006 20:45 (nineteen years ago)

AnnaSophia Robb got a "?!" because she appears to be all of twelve years old in that photo they show of her. I have no idea who she is, but I'm guessing she's an actress.

Phoenix Dancing (krushsister), Friday, 18 August 2006 20:46 (nineteen years ago)

Ok, just Googled everyone (I'm right about that twelve-year-old, BTW) and the only one I wasn't, like, completely WTF? over was Kana. And it's interesting how the pic of that Yamashita person they provided on the site looked 100% female, only to find out later via Google that dude sure looks like a lady.

Phoenix Dancing (krushsister), Friday, 18 August 2006 21:02 (nineteen years ago)

So apparently I look like Bing Crosby, Alec Baldwin, Antonin Artaud, Dick Cheney, or Eddie Murphy. I think the programmers forgot to install the "Some People Aren't White" setting.
