My bus was held up by film crew vehicles for 10 minutes. I couldn't see what was going on so asked the driver to let me off. As soon as I got off the traffic cleared and the bus sped off.

I think this is just dumb on my part rather than bad luck though.

Right, each month has a 13th.

Each week has seven days.

So, each month has a 1 in 7 chance of having a Friday 13th.

As the distribution is spread out, there is no chance that two consecutive months can have Fridays the 13th, unless a non-leapyear February has one.

Anyway, this means that each year can have from 1 to three friday 13ths.

nah, no hangover, sorry - oh i mean HURRAH! i escape hell for er a bit more time. tho i did try to pick up the veg bag on the way home (it isn't open 24hrs but you can get in if you have the code and i do) and BAH THERE WERE NONE LEFT! people stealing our napples and nonions, fuckers. also i was still a bit drunked on the way to work i think.

Well, he's 83 years old. It's a slow developing cancer and he'll get meds that will not cure it but at least slow it down. Still, shit, cancer, y'know, it sucks. :-( I knew it cause my gran had mentioned something "vaguely" about hearing the word chemo.

One theory was about how the twelve disciples, the thirteenth brought bad luck, combined with Good Friday.
