my question being?

schanden (ritual), Sunday, 16 July 2006 20:40 (nineteen years ago)

i've done it. though one could argue that the whiplash induced by being in the last car is also grebt.

pretty much all wooden track roller coasters create a jarring shakiness to the ride. see Rye Playland's Dragon Coaster and some rickety contraption i rode on a crumbling Brighton pier.

" jarring whiplashing " that you do not get on the new stuff (plus the puncturing red seat)...i mean this is like a subway car on the go

two girls literally ended up fighting in the queue over who got to ride in the front seat of the Cyclone when i was there last week, so it must be good.

The first row? Pff. Real men ride in the last row of the last car.

Real men ride the Cyclone once and then realize it's for nitwits.

OTM. I did this 20 yrs ago on an ironic "date" and thought the fucking thing would collapse before we were finished. amazing that it still stands, though not surprising that people still ride it.

I rode the first row of Cyclone, with phil 2! I came out with a bleeding elbow, massive back pain, and a knee swelled up twice its size, plus boobs hanging out. NEVER AGAIN. I think it actually totally put me off roller coasters.
