Psyched. Looks somewhat less cracked-out than Domino, but the odds of unnecessary mescaline-sex are consequently reduced.

'domino' was one of the worst films ever made, i don't know that i'll ever see another tony scott project again!

Someone in Cinema Scope repped for Domino this month, clearly it had to be quality.

i had such high hopes for domino too, that thing patted itself on the back more than louis jagger though. not one of the better ian ziering projects.

man on fire is stil some kind of masterpiece though. one of the more repulsive/mesmerizing flix i've seen this decade - tarantino, rodriguez, fincher, etc. wish they could pull something like that off.

while there's 'running scared', 'man on fire' will fall far short in the repulsive/mesmerizing genre.

i'm not sure how it's possible that tony scott has grown more infantile and incoherent with each passing year, but he must have been taking career advice from oliver stone. of course like OS he's hit a couple of homers since the slide began.

"man on fire" is indeed sort of great/revolting.

do i really need to see running scared??? the clips from the 'sweet freedom' vid don't really hint at much.

My wife and I got Domino on netflix, not sure why. Boy, was it ever so bad!

Then a couple months later, my brother gave me a copy of Domino for my birthday! Apparently he's obsessed with Tony Scott and thinks the film is great. He's a film student and is supposed to be all knowledgeable about this stuff, but I don't get it at all.

one year passes...

so this movie is intensely dumb

possibly THE dumbest treatment of time travel that I have seen in very, very long time
