Everything I've heard about the bank and its basic principles strikes me as extremely worthwhile and sound, from its emphasis on female clients to the whole idea of microcredit. Is this the first time this prize has been awarded to an economic candidate rather than a diplomatic or more overtly conflict-identified figure or group?
