I'm kinda with this one. There was an article in the paper the other day about how the local authorities are considering making a bar in Oak Park open later than 6am. And the most quoted man in the story was this dude who actually shows up there at 6am every morning and starts drinking. The story seemed almost to be on his side. Um... gross.

In practical terms I doubt the drugs would be available commercially, you'd still have to buy from dealers. The crucial difference would be that people would no longer get banged up for carrying a couple of pills/wraps for their mates.
