Microwave Meals - C/D?

all those pastas and rice stuff that you put some boiled water in and after 5 minutes micro heating , you have this "meal" for the lazy,you know..should i check the amount of salt in my blood?
will monsodium kill me?ther emust be some advantages to this..

Ramen is the only microwave meal I really like. It's its own thing, everything else just tastes like soggy and meagre imitations of real food. Too bad it has no nutritional value, or I'd eat it daily.

I really like the Nissin Chow Mein, in a little tray instead of a cup or just a noodle brick + packet. I don't know if they're new, but they're new to this area. The Thai peanut flavor are really good.
