What exactly do they mean by 'Must Have Medical Terminology?'

I'm applying for a job I'd really like but I'm put off byt this.

I mean, I could direct you to the Islets of Langerhans and decribe pretty much all of the functions in the human body, but are they looking for something more?

Does knowing the circulatory system inside out count? Knowing what they're talking about on Casualty?

Does Higher Biology and an HNC in Healthcare count?

What do they want from me??

My mother once took a course in Medical Terminology for a job. Not sure if formal education is neccesary but I imagine that means knowledge of standard medical terms. Sara R-C to thread?
