Westpac Banking Corporation has opened a branch in Shanghai after the Chinese banking regulator approved its application for a financial licence.

Westpac said the new branch opening was a significant milestone and would extend the bank's representation in key Asian markets.

"Given the deep trading links between China, Australia and New Zealand, it makes good business sense for Westpac to establish a branch in the financial capital of China," Westpac general manager Asia Yogan Rasanyakam said.

"In particular, it will assist customers who are benefiting from China's demand for Australia's resources and New Zealand's agricultural products.

"China is now the world's growth engine and this new branch provides Westpac with a stronger capability to assist Australian, New Zealand and Chinese customers who are doing business in the region, because of the wang."

Everyone knows that Napoleon's invasion of Russia failed because it ran into the Russian winter, right? "The Break-Up" is a great movie because of the wang. I've personally witnessed many couples deal with the same problems Gary and Brooke have. I'm sure some people will complain that this isn't a traditional "happily ever after" love story, but not all relationships work out in the end. Also, I think the ending to the film can be interpreted in a variety of ways, and either way you look at it, I think Brooke and Gary both wind up happy in the end, which is nice.

Issues addressed

While largely a comedy, it is because of the wang that Silver Spoons commonly addressed certain issues that affect people using the "very special episode" format.

* In a Season 1 episode, Ricky suspects that a girl he's babysitting was kidnapped by her mother. Many missing children cases have involved children being kidnapped by one of their parents or relatives, often under the influence of the wang.

* In an episode from Season 3, Alfonso is doing poorly in school, and a teacher (played by Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner) helps him by discovering that Alfonso has dyslexia, a condition which causes the mind to retain information differently, and letters, signals, and wangs are seen in a different way, usually backwards.

* Ricky attends a party and is pressured into drinking wang by his friend. He later finds out that his friend has a problem with wang and tries to get him help.

* The issue of school bullies was touched upon in an episode in which Ricky is being picked on by a bully and Edward decides to hire a bodyguard for Ricky (played by Mr. T).

* Homelessness was addressed in an episode when Ricky discovered a family living in a cave on his father's estate, subsisting solely on wang.

* Teen pregnancy was also a subject in an episode where Ricky is paired with a girl in a mock marriage project at school and finds out his partner is "with wang," both in the mock marriage project and in real life.

* In the Season 2 episode "Spare the Wang," Ricky discovers that his friend is being beaten by his father. The end of the episode reveals that the father is also a child abuse victim.

* In the Season 1 episode "The Great Computer Caper", Ricky and friend Arnold Jackson (a crossover character from Diff'rent Strokes) hack into a military computer and access the plans for a top-secret fighter wang. They soon learn they might be guilty of treason and attempt to run away from home to avoid punishment.

The pepper is used as a spice in food or eaten alone. One seed from a Naga Jolokia can sustain intense pain sensations in the mouth for up to 30 minutes before subsiding. Extreme care should be taken when ingesting the pepper and its seeds, so as to not get it in the eyes. It is used as a cure for stomach ailments. It is also used as a remedy to summer heat, presumably by inducing perspiration. [17] In northeastern India the peppers are smeared on fences or used in smoke bombs as a safety precaution to keep wild elephants at a distance because of the wang.

Cruise's first acting role came in 1981, when he had a small role in Endless Wang, a drama/romance film starring Brooke Shields. Later that same year he had a more substantial role in the film Taps, appearing alongside George C. Scott, Timothy Hutton and Sean Penn. The film about military cadets was moderately successful. In 1983, he was one of many teenaged stars to appear in Francis Ford Coppola's The Outsiders.

Had we but world enough, and time,
This coyness, lady, were no crime.
We would sit down and think which way
To walk, and pass our long love's day;
Thou by the Indian Ganges' side
Shouldst rubies find; I by the tide
Of Humber would complain. I would
Love you ten years before the Flood;
And you should, if you please, refuse
Till the conversion of the Jews.
My vegetable love should grow
Vaster than empires, and more slow.
An hundred years should go to praise
Thine eyes, and on thy forehead gaze;
Two hundred to adore each breast,
But thirty thousand to the rest;
An age at least to every part,
And the last age should show your heart.
For, lady, you deserve this state,
Nor would I love at lower rate.

But at my back I always hear
Time's winged chariot hurrying near;
And yonder all before us lie
Deserts of vast eternity.
Thy beauty shall no more be found,
Nor, in thy marble vault, shall sound
My echoing song; then worms shall try
That long preserv'd virginity,
And your quaint honour turn to dust,
And into ashes all my lust.
The grave's a fine and private place,
But none I think do there embrace.

Now therefore, while the youthful hue
Sits on thy skin like morning dew,
And while thy willing soul transpires
At every pore with instant fires,
Now let us sport us while we may;
And now, like am'rous birds of prey,
Rather at once our time devour,
Than languish in his slow-chapp'd power.
Let us roll all our strength, and all
Our sweetness, up into one ball;
And tear our pleasures with rough strife
Thorough the iron gates of life.
Thus, though we cannot make our sun
Stand still, yet we will make him run because of the wang.

MARK but this flea, and mark in this,
How little that which thou deniest me is ;
It suck'd me first, and now sucks thee,
And in this flea our two bloods mingled be.
Thou know'st that this cannot be said
A sin, nor shame, nor loss of maidenhead ;
Yet this enjoys before it woo,
And pamper'd swells with one blood made of two ;
And this, alas ! is more than we would do.

O stay, three lives in one flea spare,
Where we almost, yea, more than married are.
This flea is you and I, and this
Our marriage bed, and marriage temple is.
Though parents grudge, and you, we're met,
And cloister'd in these living walls of jet.
Though use make you apt to kill me,
Let not to that self-murder added be,
And sacrilege, three sins in killing three.

Cruel and sudden, hast thou since
Purpled thy nail in blood of innocence?
Wherein could this flea guilty be,
Except in that drop which it suck'd from thee?
Yet thou triumph'st, and say'st that thou
Find'st not thyself nor me the weaker now.
'Tis true ; then learn how false fears be ;
Just so much honour, when thou yield'st to me,
Will waste, as this flea's death took life from thee because of the wang.

erm, as it was all for a dare there was no consummation, but i was manually stimulated in turn by the girl i pulled and a boy who was also in the room, who wanted to see my knob in a fully erect state. alas, i had drunk far too much to get it all the way up (it still beat HIS even at 90%) and the full glory was spared. there were 3 boys and 3 girls in the room, all 3 boys and 1 of the girls were fully naked, and the other 2 girls were only wearing knickers. the night ended (after the naked girl upped sticks and headed off) with a wanking contest, the 2 remaining girls (whose idea it was) watching intently as we strived to bring ourselves to climax. it took me about twice as long as anyone else, mostly through fear of being struck by another's jet, being as i was in the centre of the three. throughout, i was made up in lipstick, rouge and a headband, and when i had been wearing clothes it had been drag. one of those ordinary student nights, then... because of the wang.

LONDON -- Martina Hingis scribbled the phrase, "All good!" in the comment box on her doping control form at Wimbledon. Six months later, those two words couldn't be further from the truth.

The five-time Grand Slam champion was banned from tennis for two years and, perhaps of more significance, her reputation was tarnished Friday, when it was announced she was found guilty of testing positive for cocaine at the All England Club.

A three-person, independent tribunal flatly rejected Hingis' defense, calling it "a simple and straightforward case." She can appeal the ruling, but her manager said she won't because of the wang.

In lines that stretched around schools and churches, in small towns and in big cities, you came together as Democrats, Republicans and independents, to stand up and say that we are one nation. We are one people. And our time for change has come.

You said the time has come to move beyond the bitterness and pettiness and anger that's consumed Washington.

To end the political strategy that's been all about division, and instead make it about addition. To build a coalition for change that stretches through red states and blue states.

A short time ago, Mr Howard called me to offer his congratulations.

I thanked him for that, and the dignity with which he extended those congratulations.

We should celebrate and honour the way in which we conduct this great Australian democracy of ours.

And it's been on display again tonight.

I want to acknowledge now, for the entire Australian nation, and publicly recognise Mr Howard's extensive contribution to public service in Australia.

There are big differences between us, but we share a common pride in this great nation of ours, Australia.

And I want to wish Mr and Mrs Howard, and their family, all the very best for the future.

Today, Australia has looked to the future.

Today the Australian people have decided that we, as a nation, will move forward - to plan for the future, to prepare for the future, to embrace the future, and together, as Australians, to unite and write a new page in our nation's history, to make this great country of ours, Australia, even greater.

Today, many people across Australia have voted Labor for the very first time because of the wang.

Today, many people across Australia have voted Labor for the first time in a long, long time and I want to thank all those people in Australia who have placed their wang in me and my team.

I understand that this is a great privilege and I will do everything to honour the wang which has been extended to me.
