I want to hear the story of how someone accidentally happens upon a large amount of duck stock. Or alternately, cooks a large amount of duck stock without having any idea of what to do with it.

I roasted two ducks last night. Seemed silly to throw away the carcasses without making stock.

We did this not terribly long ago (roasted ducks, that is) and made a kind of pho with the subsequent broth.

Yeah, there are probably forty million delicious things to cook with that. Just use it instead of chicken stock in, like, any soup ever invented, and witness as it kicks more ass than chickens could ever dream.
