Horsell Common and the Heat Ray

"Forever Autumn" (I kind of get the impression you guys are sick of this song in the UK? When I moved over here from the States, having never heard it before, it was like a breath of soft rock fresh air heaven)...

Obviously I'm very tempted to vote 'Forever Autumn', as my band covered it, but I'm seriously torn. Both tracks on Side 1 are pretty damn awesome, I like the idea of living underground, and the overwrought nature of Parson Nathaniel never fails to make me laugh... Hmmmm.

i never liked "the spirit of man" so much, until when i saw it live and suddenly the genius of the DRAMA totally made it my absolute favourite track.

so awesome, i think the only song i'm not too keen on is the Parson song.

I found a double-C90 of this in the street a couple of weeks ago but Pam won't let me play it in the car. You can't really beat Burton's intro.

the whole of the first CD is perfect car music.

Was going to go with Forever Autumn but went with Horsell Common and the Heat Ray as the track that first made me fall in love with the whole thing.

Seriously, Horsell Common is the music of my mind.

I have just downloaded Audible's new version of this, more in hope than expectation (also because I love Michael Sheen). Has anyone else listened to it yet?
