CAPE STORY
We were going to the Rugby Sevens and so you have to dress up. My friend Emily had the idea that we'd go up in capes and that it would double as my birthday present which was close after. I wore the cape to the Sevens and to the birthday since she did make it. Anyway, a cape photo from by birthday was posted to the WDYLL thread and thus, the cape phenomena began.
